Look at the price difference on the last post by OP for the same deal. Nod32 has had a 78% Price increase since last month and Internet Security a 42% Increase since last month with the same 50% off! They have increased prices bigly, sad!

Yes it would be nice if the poster (employee) responded and explained how this is a bargain with the price increase.
Or you could have got numerous 6 month free trials… $89.93 does not seem like a great deal for AVS, especially when it was so much cheaper not long ago. 50% off my ass.
Kaspersky now has a free version, basic features, no bloatware, same engine and signatures as the paid version. It does have a popup once a day IF you don't create a Kaspersky account, I haven't and it works fine. They don't make it obviously easy to find if you go to the homepage, it's listed somewhere under "free tools", after they've tried to get you to pay for a full version. It's a lot faster and doesn't bog the system like several other products I had on various old pc's and ny N40L.

Edit: it's not a trial, it registers itself for a year, after which I hope you just download it again or it just continues working, we'll see.
How about a 3 year trial instead?
