I just noticed that the Sony MDR-1A headphone is on sale again at Amazon France. You'll never find a price like this locally from retailers (local RRP $399.95). Unless you use a currency conversion fee free credit card then the majority of debit/credit cards attract a 2.5-3% fee. Also change the checkout payment to EUR so that you will pay in the banks own currency conversion rate instead of the Amazon currency conversion for best rate.

    Great headphones for this price. The comfort is amazing with these, it's like little clouds sitting on your head. Sound is really good, elevated bass response, clear and detailed.

    Had these for a while. Honestly the sound isn't amazing but they're super comfy and look great.

    The included cable is like 3 inches long so order an extended one if you want to use them with a PC etc

      3 inches yeah right that equals to 7.62cm. A bit of an exaggeration there a little bit?. Or do you mean 3 feet?.

      The spec details say it's a 1.2m long cable. That's fine for using on a PC if the case is close enough.

      These block the sound quite well. They are closed back and have a good seal around the ears. Depends on your situation?

    These and the higher one up are incredibly comfortable, one of the few I've ever liked honestly. Sound is perfectly fine too.

      Use chrome and it will ask if you want to translate.. if it doesn't ask click the little icon in the address bar next to the favourites star.. it should translate to your browser set language

        Myself i use the Translate extension on Opera to automatically translate the language.

        I couldnt be bothered installing chrome on my work PC, so just used chrome on my mobile which also has the automatic translate function.

        It's normal. Money isn't taken out of the card until the item is about to be shipped.

    I just got this from the previous $149.20 Amazon France deal the two weeks before this deal here. And i can say they are amazing. Sound is really good and super comfortable. Well worth the approx $150 a steal!.

    You're in for a treat when you receive these from the courier.

      Just to help you. My order from the previous deal said it was estimated to be delivered on the 12th. It however arrived on the 11th so it was spot on around the estimated delivery time. I live in regional QLD so it will probably be a few days earlier in a capital city.

      What do you think of the MDR-1A headphones?. I think it is pretty damn good for the price and got good bass too. The closed design does a good enough job at keeping out enough noise.

        My order from the previous sale did that for ages well for nearly a week of nothing, and then suddenly it came up with saying "problem solved" and then a few days later it was being cleared through customs. That's probably why mine took over 2 weeks to arrive. Yours could be experiencing the same thing. Half the time it was stuck in the UK and then another half of the time it was in the Australian postal delivery system. Only took a few days to arrive to customs after leaving the UK. The local postal systems are always the let down.
