          Position your lips like you're sucking a pencil and blow gently with varying degrees of force. You'll get there, it just takes practice. If you suck inhale you can also whistle this way.

          I've had similar key finders. You don't have to whistle. Just clap your hands. It will respond if there's a loud sharp noise.
