    • Yep.. Can even run DEX off it..

  • Dammit I just bought this yesterday night for $65 :( Is there anyway I could cancel my current order and reorder it again with the code? My order is still in the "Processing" stage.

        Hi Gearbest,
Any chance for a coupon or code to receive the same deal as this?

Was searching around and found this bargain too late!
        Looking to purchase now! 😢

I bought this for $80+ months ago!

  • +1

How does this differ from the Xiaomi Power Bank 2?

    • +4

It has USB-PD which can be used to charge USB-C devices at full speed such as Nintendo Switch and USB-C laptops such as the Xiaomi Air.

      • Damn. I just bought a power bank 2. Thought it would work with the Switch

        • +1

It'd still work, but won't charge as fast. And I think some won't charge when you are using, as in only maintaining but won't increase the battery level

        • @freakingtaco:

Yeah I know, was hoping it would charge while playing. Pretty sure I've read that they do somewhere before.

        • +1

          @chromium:

It does charge fast enough. I have one and haven't had any issues.

      • not really enough for the MacBook Pro?

        • +4

          Found this if it helps:

The USB-C port supports USB Power Delivery and can deliver up to 40W. You can use it to charge your MacBook Pro 13″ (2016/2017), but it will be at a slower pace as the recommended power is 61W.

        • @hamza23:

will this USB PD technology one day power a normal windows laptop? or is there a technology/hardware limitation as to why it's for apple macbooks currenly? Never used a macbook so woul dlove one in windows format. the bane of my existence - always wondering if one would invent a power bank that could charge a laptop battery. after all the laptop batteries are say <5000 mah in some, so you woul dthink they could be charged similar to a phones.

        • @SaberX: Windows laptops have USB PD too.

        • @SaberX: As raven said Windows laptops have USB PD too e.g. the Dell XPS 13 and Xiaomi Air 13 both support charging via USB-C.

Also there are (expensive) powerbanks that can charge Windows laptops that don't support USB-C charging, such as the XPal/Energizer XP18000.

        • @raven2000:

thanks. first i've known about PD and even being on windows. inteeresting!

      • +1

How does this power bank compare to RAV4 for charging Nintendo switch.

  • USB-PD?

    • +1

      your damn right

      • +5

        What about his right?

        • Opposite of his damn left!

  • I knew this would happen!! I purchased it 2 days ago and prices came down…. :(

  • How much better than the Xiaomi Power Bank 2 is this? Is the extra price just because of its USB-C?

    • Extra because USB C. If you have a USB PD capable device you're better off with this.

    • This has 2xQC3.0 Ports, 1x USB PD port for Output AND Input. Way better than Xiaomi's standard power bank.

  • Thanks, i was looking at this just a few days ago and now pulled the trigger ;)

  • Can you charge older devices with the USB 3.0 ports? Or are they only for hub purposes?

    • +1

You can use any of the ports to charge devices, the USB-A ones have QC3. In hub mode those ports are only USB 2.0

  • So I ordered a few items like since 10/09 and they are all under processing. What's the go?

  • Finally a usb-c variant.

Does this one support bi directional QC 3.0 as well as USB-PD?

  • built-in bi-directional quick charge smart chip

does this mean that the power bank can charge and discharge at the same time?

    • means it can quick charge itself (like when you're recharging the pack) and can discharge (charge other devices) at the quick charge speed.

      • Thanks.

      • is this the same as pass through charging?

  • +1

Just wondering if anyone has managed to get a deal on the anker powercore+ 20100. On Amazon it is around 65 USD but on eBay it is about 120 AUD

  • Thanks OP, just bought a couple for the trip to and from work.

  • Can this charge a Surface Pro 4 if I get the right adaptor?

    • Probably not, get a p65

      • thanks for taking the time to reply! are you using the p65 yourself? i couldn't find much info online

        • Yeah it's great, changes laptop well. Haven't tried it with a surface… Yet

  • Guessing this is too powerful to take on planes?

    • +1

See here, according to that info it is fine.

      • Thanks

  • Tempted to buy this incase the new iPhone supports it, I'll wait till tonight to see the keynote haha

    • +2

The new iPhone does support PD, so yes you can buy it now. Even in China/HK this costs more than US $50, so dont wait for the deal. Create a new GB account and buy it via the GB Android app for US $40.99, its an amazing deal. Thank me later after the keynote

      • I have an iPhone right now, so don't have access to android. How would i go about it for ios?

        • Give it a go, might work. I just placed an order on the Gb Android app, you must register a new account.

        • @regenade:

Is it a discount for first time purchase or something via the app?

        • @superezra: For brand new accounts and 1st purchase, must be both. See comment below from another user. It took me 40 sec to make a new account on the app and make the order, quicker than putting a comment here :@

        • @regenade:

All good, i paid $51.14 AUD

      • Made new account and installed app - how do I get it for that price?
EDIT - go to checkout with Paypal and it works

  • Price is gone? is in usd?

    • Expired about 20 mins ago.

      • I just got one, still 5 left.

        • I just bought one as well, still five left.

          To infinity and beyond..

        • @doorknob: just got one now too

  • I'm having trouble figuring out, can this charge out through the USB-C port? Or is that only for charging the power bank?

    • Actually they have a photo of it so I'd hope so haha

  • Does this work with a MacBook 12 inch?

  • How many watts ? Will it do 100W for a mbp 2017 ?

    • crap doesnt…only 40W

      Output: USB-C: 5 - 20V, 40W max; USB-A: 5V 2.4A, 9V 2A, 12V 1.5A, 18W max

      • Not sure about the 15-inch but if you've got a 13-inch it should be fine. Though they claim it will charge slower (as the standard power adapter is 61W), the Anker PD enabled power banks only output 30W and quite a few people have stated in the reviews that their 13” Touch Bar MacBook Pro’s charged up similar to speeds of when plugged into mains.

    anyone thinks this is ugly?

    • +1

Rectangular battery pack? why you do care?

    • Won't call it ugly, but certainly not very xiaomish. But for most ppl, stealthy is a better bet

  • dont have any usb c devices yet but judging by the past xiaomi power banks i expect it will be worth it

  • Hmm cost me 57, thanks

Not sure how some people got 51

    I even used paypal

    • Gearbest app + new account

      • Yeah I didn’t receive a further discount or anything with a new account either.
I also used the app and a new account.

  • I got a g6 that has usb type c port. Will it charge the phone quick?

    Secondly 57 includes delivery?

    • I'm not too sure about the first question, but I'm thinking for a phone a regular Mi Power Bank 2 20,000mAh which has QC3.0 with a decent USB-C Cable might do the trick for cheaper if you don't plan to use it for anything else. Someone more familiar with this powerbank can hopefully give more insight.

For the second question, US $45.99 (~AU $57.38) delivered yes.

      • Thanks man. I bought that link one iin the afternoon and was just wondering if this is a better deal.

For those who missed out, GearBest releases another batch of Xiami ZMI 10

START TIME (AEST) Item Deal Price Code stock
    2017/9/14 Original Xiaomi ZMI Power Bank AU$57.38/US$45.99 ZMI914 30
  • In case anyone is interested in shipping times, I ordered one of these on 13/9 and it arrived today.. pretty happy with the delivery time I must say.

  • I'm charging it using my macbook pro 2017 charger and it only took 30 minutes to fully charge? is this something to be worried about? e.g. fake?

    • Should definitely take longer using my 61W charger takes 2-3 I believe.
      Not sure what’s going on

  • Hi guys,

Any further codes/coupons or promotions for this charger?

I’m a bit late but dying to buy one!
$70 is a bit on the pricey side, so hoping for a coupon!

  • +1

Just received mine today. Packaging is top notch, very Apple-ish.
