BOSCH GKS 18V-LI CIRCULAR SAW 165MM $149+Shipping @ Toolswarehouse.com.au

41

I was looking for a cordless circular saw and found this. Lowest price that I can find locally is $149.00 and the best part is you can price beat at Bunnings. I got mine last night from Bunnings for $144.35 after price beat ($149.00+$11.39 delivery = $160.39 - 10%). Bunnings is selling $199.00 across their stores. Please note this is the saw itself only without the battery and charger. I got them already so it's not a drama for me.

Some of the tools at Toolswarehouse are cheaper than Bunnings. So if you are after several tools you can combine them and price beat at Bunnings to save the shipping cost. Enjoy!

The 18V GKS Circular Saw features the best in its class cutting performance, cutting up to 50 chip boards (900x19mm) to length with only one charge. With a no-load speed of 3900rpm, The Bosch cordless saw cuts up to 50mm deep.

IS this same company who just changed their name from "SUPERGRIP TOOLS?"

They sell product they do not have…

so I got store credit and put an order for other items for the replacement

I am still waiting for the other items that I bought with store credit.

    • Looks like you were right! I wasn't aware Toolswarehouse has changed their name from Supergrip Tools. Nonetheless, I didn't purchase from them but to use their price to price beat with Bunnings so I got no idea how's their customer service.

        aren't you glad you did!

This is why I still like the bricks and motar stores

  • I've an AEG one this size. Very handy tool.

  • These rock.
Used one with 2x batteries to cut up 2x suv boot and cabin loads of fire wood over about a 6 hour day with minimal rest without it missing a beat.
Both soft and hard wood not a problem, even beyond the recommended limit!

Bunnings otoh, becoming overly anal regarding price beats and customer service in general.
Almost like they no longer give a f*(k now they've no serious competition.

    • And when price beating finally pushes the other guys out, that is what we will be left with. I had a Bunnings muppet insist I needed a receipt for a lifetime warranty tool. A Bunnings docket that fades after a few months, to blank. Yes, you can copy them. Why should I have too? Regardless, Bunnings loses SFA anyway as the maker covers it, and I was happy to wait for the replacement. I rang the tool company direct, replaced at Bursons without issue.

      • Is why I try and buy direct where possible rather than bunnings.
