The Miele C3 family seems to be reduced at David Jones at the moment, can vouch for the vacuum as I have one myself.

      My complete C3 turbo powerline absolutely blows my V6 Animal out of the water. Makes the Dyson seem like a kids toy as far as suction goes.

      I don't think the two are comparable to be honest.

      The Miele is a machine that you'd use to clean the entire house whereas you'd keep the v6 for little messes here and there.

      Once you get a bagged vacuum I don't think you can go back to the cyclone style ones either. It's so convenient, clean and non-sneeze-inducing to chuck the bag away instead of having to empty the container.

    The actual vacuum unit across the C3 range is all the same right (differences are the various bundled vacuum heads)?

      I believe so, its probably cheaper to buy the C3 all rounder and the cat and dog head attachment separately

        Working well, but I think if it ever dies all I will need is probably the cheapest C3 unit.

    The prices changed back to full price today even though the mid year sale hasn't ended and one store wouldn't adjust the price.
    Almost missed the deal, luckily I had one put on hold else where and they were good enough to change it back to the sale price.
