Black Natural Angus beef is predominantly grown in regions renowned for abundant rainfall, cool temperate climates, clean air and a pristine environment. Young cattle thrive on green pastures in a relaxed environment to ensure their meat is beautifully soft and tender without the need of added hormones.

It is all about saying 'no' to shortcuts to achieve a true paddock to plate eating experience. No added growth hormones, no use of antibiotics and no last minute finishing all contribute to a different way that delivers an outstanding eating experience every time. Australia is home to many premium breeds of beef, but the real king is Australian Black Angus Beef, trusted in fine dining restaurants across the world

For a split second I thought the post pic was novelty meat shaped slippers…

  • Can anybody tell me how meat delivery works? What happens if you're not home?

    • +6

A BBQ at the post office probably happens in that instance.

Be alert for the delivery guy sneaking up to your door to leave the missed delivery slip.

    • Last time I ordered, I just emailed them to request that it be left at the door if nobody was home.

  • Thanks Ordered one

  • I have been wanting to try for a while - Just put in an order - Looks great, Thanks.

OK i did the math, and it seems its "about" the same as supermarket meat when its all on sale (or for non free range etc) - even including the post. (given this is ozbargain - i wouldn't compare it to standard retail! - I've probably low balled a few figures in here too)

so given I'm expecting the quality to be much better (and freerange!) than supermarket quality, this seems to be a pretty good deal, I've bitten the bullet, and ordered meat online.

looking forward to trying it out.

    Total 131….

edit: that's a shame, looks like it wont be here to Monday,

  • Im curious as to how this would arrive. If i am in Victoria does it come frozen and left on my door in an esky until i get home from work (i.e Light & Easy style)? Or should i only order if there is somebody available to accept the delivery on arrival?

    • This happened to me (Also in VIC). They put some kind of ice bricks in there - not sure of the technical terms. I'm not sure what time it was left at my door, but I unpacked it around 6pm and the meat was still cold. There were no wukkas at all :)

  • Well then. Apparently delivery to Vic means metropolitan Melbourne only, which really only means inner suburbs.

Have been refunded, but I'm actually rather pissed off by that.

bit disappointed that this takes over a week as well, ordered last Wednesday, not getting here to Thursday. not sure why it takes so long. (1 week to send!?)

will provide more feedback when it gets here.

would have thought ordering Wednesday morning could be there before the weekend! (given its over night shipping)

    • Hi wisc, just wondering if you've received your order yet? Mine is a no show and the delivery address was my work so the meat will be dog food if not received in the next 62 minutes!

  • Has anyone else who ordered this not received a tracking code yet? I got an Order Dispatched email Wednesday afternoon but it has not arrived yet. If it is not here before 5pm today there will be nobody to receive the order until Monday so I assume the meat will be wasted.

Got delivered 30 minutes before I leave for home on a Friday afternoon! All good.

  • hey Sorry i had started posting on Friday but saw that you received yours.

i was extremely concerned and SMS'd Cameron (as per the contact page) - to the point of saying i wouldn't purchase from them again. but he responded promptly (after business hours to txt messages) and as promised followed up the order in the morning. (they have good communication)

the meat arrived cold with ice still on it.

ideally it would arrive a bit quicker from order, (given it was about a week for them to process it)
they did forget the mince though, deciding weather to make another order or just get a refund,

We've eaten the chicken and steak so far. so far so good, quality is better than supermarket. its easy as meals are sorted. will leave judging until we've eaten a bit more.
