      I'd get him the large rabbit, he loves wabbits.

      Caught one once in my yard and he ate its head, even ate the eyeballs and plucked the rest of it.

        I didn't do anything, he caught it in my yard and I found the remains.

        And these things are feral around here, council poisons them so this one at least died a quick death.

        @Scab: then you should be extra careful your yard is secured, if your dog eats a poisoned rabbit then you might find more than just rabbit remains in your backyard

        My yard is secure but you can't realistically keep these things out as they burrow.

        Only ever had two make it into my yard, one got eaten and the other managed to escape but it was close.

        And the dog would have to actually eat the rabbit ground bait itself to be affected, and even then it doesn't affect large mammals like it does rabbits.

        He couldn't catch or eat enough of them to hurt him.

    be careful with the eyes though, doggos pull them out pretty quickly i find, and they are a choking hazard

      You can call the store to find which one is still left. They can reserve it for you if you are very keen to get one.
      Online status is different from local stores' status.
      Last time I found something was unavailable from my local store online. But I was told by the online chat, I should be able to get a few from my local store. To test how true it was, I went to the store and found it was still abvailable.
