Ordered that plan today also. Just came off my Vodafone contact and now saving $55 a month.

    • Is Kogan Mobile 3G or 4G? EDIT: 4G. But no international calls included by the looks of it.

      • $300 international calls to Switzerland, with rollover of $. The only think keeping me from switching my second account.

Isn't a much of a deal when compare with Kogan Mobile.

    • Kogan Mobile doesn't have international calls included. Vaya does. Kogan will be a better deal if you dont care about the international calls.

    • im guessing Kogan uses Optus towers, do they have access to all of them? Vaya do

      • Kogan is voda

        • Oh ok, do they have access to all of voda's towers?

tried to contact vaya to upgrade my plan, and got refused. This is how they treat their customers. Will definitely leave them when my plan finish.

    • This is something almost all carriers do to increase their customer base, offer deals to new customers. TPG are well known for this.

Ermm, i just called and changed my plan to the current one before i posted this deal. They even waived the $5 plan change fee.

I bet you're on Contract. You obviously have to wait out your contract period.

There is nothing stopping any vaya customer from changing their month to month plan, the most they will charge you is $5 fee.

  • Does Vaya allow one to forward all calls to a different mobile? I need to get a disposable number which I want to forward to my normal mobile.

I had the worst experience with vaya, they kept trying to over bill me, took forever to respond and credit my account. Gave me more trouble when I tried to cancel my service, would not recommend

With them until December and then out.

Worst experience I've had with any carrier - I even told them that 4 days to port a number left me stranded with no service.

Fortunately Dual Sim phone so have just got 15gb for $30 on Optus and will just port my personal number to a cheap one with another provider.

Must say I've been using prepaid Vodafone while waiting for decent deal and their coverage on Frankston train line is so much better than the other 2 - very surpised

  • Worst customer service of any compnay by a long mile. Would never go back.

Also $44 for $13GB? Is far from a bargain.

Just to add, I called Vaya on 28th September and requested to upgrade my plan to 16$ one. They did it without any question and waived the 5$ upgrade fee.
