The Breville Dual Boiler and Grinder is also on sale for $944.25 http://shop.davidjones.com.au/djs/en/davidjones/the-dynamic-…

Not the cheapest price, as it could have been bought for ~$850 separately, but with 5% cashback and Entertainment Book is a very good deal at about $800.

  • The Breville Dynamic Duo is also reduced down to $944.25 at checkout

    • Yes I was just going to add this.

  • Woah, I think that's the cheapest bes870 has ever been. Nice find op!

  • How can we get extra $50 off with Entertainment book.

    • 10% off gift cards, so you get $50 back for $500 worth of gift cards

      • Actually, the 10% is deducted at purchase so you’d pay only $450 for $500 worth of gift cards.

  • What is the entertainment book deal please?

  • Retail has been about 649 everywhere (HN and TGG)for a while. Been waiting for this one to go on special.

  • Thank you! Best deal on the duo (920) I've seen in a while. Most places don't seem to sell them as individual items anymore :(

Great price for the Dynamic Duo (once you stack the Entertainment Book eGift card offer and CashRewards). I am wondering whether they will be releasing a replacement for this machine, given it is several years old now although still considered best in class.

With the Barista Express, looks like this will be superseded by the Barista Touch machine (BES880) very soon. There's a couple of videos on Breville Food Thinker's YouTube with overviews of this machine and you can find the user manual online in a few places. It's also listed on the Good Guys site but with no price yet. The changes I'm aware of are that it does the milk frothing automatically (similar to the Oracle/Oracle Touch) and has a touch interface (similar to the Oracle Touch) to control the settings. You still have to tamp manually though (unlike the Oracle/Oracle Touch which tamps for you).

I'm not getting the 25% discount in cart? Am i missing something? Thanks

    • Looks like they’ve removed the product from the list of 25% off. Will mark the deal expired.

  • Did anyone manage to buy it with the 25% off while it was still working?

    • I was wondering the same… Hopefully someone can comment. I didn’t buy any as I’m holding out for a “non-appliance” machine. That said, my Sunbeam has been faithfully giving me flat whites for over 5 years now.
