Have this, frustrates the hell out of me because you can't use it for open sandwhiches. It doesn't have a height adjustable hinge to hold it up. Dumb

Unfortunately, we can't. However, as newboz mentioned, it would be cheaper to buy directly from GG website if you have $10 voucher.
try this. pay via paypal using the 20% discount. use the free c & c.
on pickup, tell them that you wish to use your $10 voucher. get them to refund the purchase and rebuy the item.if successful, you will only pay $13.20
Dont forget to use cashrewards too!
The problem with this grill is it doesn't have the little guide that is usually on the right hand side so that it can sit up off what you out in their, eg a slice of pizza, which also stops your sandwich from getting too flattened

The most annoying kitchen appliance I have. The upper side is not a flat surface, which is a feature of this appliance. It makes it super difficult to clean.
