There is a new version coming out soon.
From what we've seen of it, it does look to be a better machine (has a mopping function!) but will also be twice the price. So I don't think there's much benefit in holding out if you don't care about the new feature.

To be fair, 3/3 times i've ordered from shopping square they took multiple weeks to "process" my order, then multiple weeks again for it to arrive.
During this time they never replied to any emails or requests for status updates.

YUP. I have learnt the hard way to avoid these jokers no matter what the price is. So many items have delayed shipping and some never arrive. Then you have to spend months chasing after them pleading for a refund while they ignore your messages.

How does this go with rugs ? Can it mount the lip of a rug or does it get confused and bounce off /turn around?
have a look on youtube, there's a guy who details the pros and cons, shows it can't jump high carpets. (The carpet in the video is rediculous)
AFAIK it also has issues with pure black rugs.
