    I have fitted a similar Annke system.
    All good a year later.
    POE is the way to go and makes fitting easy. Easy to set up. Quite reasonable image.
    Only problem I have is motion detection seems to either record everything that moves, spiders, moths etc or misses things. Makes the sms on activation pointless. Handy being able to check how things are going at home via the app when away.

      common issue with any security issue. Not much you can do about moths, but some systems let you blank off areas where motion is unavoidable, i.e where tree branches will always sway.

        Yes you can blank off areas and I have done that. I just manage it differently. I had thought the sms on movement detection may have been of value. However I received a lot of sms.

    An Arlo system beats this if you're looking for ease of use. A bit more expensive but makes up for it in installation and ease of use.
