Hi all,

Probably proactively tempting us ahead of Aldi's upcoming deal, but this is a pretty great price for a pole pruner, hedger, battery and charger.

It's especially great when the pole pruner is $149 on its own (https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-power-x-change-18v-pole-pr…) and the pole hedger on its own is $159 (https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-power-x-change-18v-pole-he…).

    You'll find with a new chain it stretches when first used. The frequency of tensioning chain will get less after a bit of use

    I agree with all of your comments. Great bit of kit for the price, battery life really good, chainsaw very effective, but yes, the chain slipped a couple of times, bit top heavy and had to make a trip back to bunnings to get some chain oil before I could use it. All in all though, very happy and it got through some rather thick branches with ease.

  Plenty down at Marion Bunnings. They are out of stock of the standalone 4AH batteries though as it seems are most stores in SA, but they have more stock of batteries on the way apparaently

  Thanks OP, just moved and this post was perfect timing, house has tall hedges and a neighbour's tree that is hanging over the pool and dumping leaves and branches all over it. Bought it at Stafford QLD store last night there were plenty in stock in the front of the store.

  and anyone got one set not used, I would like to buy one set as just got a notice from council to trim the trees at yard. :(
