Seems like an okay deal for the 35 day prepaid $40, giving 12.5GB per 35 days. Must opt in with a text message saying '35' to 1263. I haven't got my father to try the text message out yet so can't confirm with or without quote marks. My guess is, either will work.
Start it any time before 31/1/18 and it will last up 10 consecutive months depending when you activate. I believe it will start on next recharge.

    I think it's just odd wording. Nothing about anyone missing out in the T&C.

  Equivalent monthly payments including this offer for anyone keen on making a direct comparison with their existing monthly payment.
  The reason i bring this forward is that you might think that you will save money by paying less frequently but you have to remember that you also have to make the included data allowance last for a few more days.

  $40 data combo - Approximately $34.8 per month with 10.86gb data
  $50 data combo - Approximately $43.5 per month with 13.47gb data

  Pity it doesnt do the proper roaming fees like the postpaid plans and charges stupid rates instead :(
