I still have my T1, but have it replaced with a fetch tv. Beyonwiz need to seriously come down in price before i'll consider returning.

    • Do you miss Ad skip?

      • Nope… with 32x FFW speed (with backtrack, meaning when i press play it'll go back a bit), haven't missed my Wiz one bit

        • I've had a fetch for nearly 3yrs & I'm waiting (nearly a month) for Optus to err fetch it. So I'm looking at a replacement.

I might have to get another fetch, as these don't seem cheaper.

        • @supabrudda:

Got a fetch mighty in the living room (bought directly), and a mini from optus in the bedroom.
Only downside is i cannot put them on the same account and use optus sport on the mighty. But an apple tv fixes that. Can still stream from the mighty to the mini using SMB share.

  • Hard to believe it does not come with Wireless out of the Box. Outdated

and the T2 has 10/100 ethernet,

      and the $150 extra for a 1Tb 2.5" hdd? they're $70 @ MSY.

  • WhenI bought my T4 I called them up and asked for a discount. They gave me $50 off at least. I bought the barebones system and added my own hard drive.

I bought it to replace my Optus Fetch box. The Fetch box is easier to use IMHO, but both are pretty intuitive.

T4's are no longer being made. Problems with parts supply. It's being replaced by the U4 which is due in November.
