      I figured it out, my default address is a ParcelPoint pickup location. Seems this product is classified as hazardous material (lithium battery?).

      Changing my shipping address to a regular street address makes it available for delivery to Australia.

  Ordered three on 23 Oct. Just obtained tracking from Amazon item lost undeliverable.Sent messages to seller and Amazon to find out if they intend to fulfill "lost" order.Never seen items lost before. FYI.
