Well did it matter if it were another brand!?
I would think so - if you're supposed to be buying one specific thing is it acceptable to be charged for something that's not what you bought? And should you have to pay return postage for that item if it's not what you wanted nor ordered?
This is the kind of behaviour that undermine's public confidence in shopping online.
Is it even legal?As far as brand of shirt goes: all brands fit differently. There are certain brands I know that fit me well and other brands that fit me like a sack, so to me it would matter a lot.

Of course it is not acceptable. Paypal has refunded returns of up to $45 in postage cost - capped at 8 times per year.

also notice with these shirts some of them are listed as studio_w some are shown as david jones.Last time I've ordered shirts it was labelled as David Jones shirts (even on the order), but surprise surprise when the shirts arrived they were labelled as studio_w.
That happened to me too (wrong size) last time, but they sent me a prepaid return label. I guess they only do it if you ask though.
They're definitely going towards lousy quality products - theres a lot of the same Chinese crap that you can buy off Ebay. The number of legit brands is decreasing I noticed

Got screwed over this last time with some other jackets being listed as tommoy Hilfiger and ended up being a different brand altogether. Ozsale are happy to take back the good, but want me to pay for postage. I guess they;re hoping i just keep them as it not worth sending them back.
