          @twoperspectives: Well the OP states turn off VPN if its set to outside AU/NZ so yeh thats probably it. Maybe use a vpn to Aus if you can/really want to, maybe that'd work.

    I have Gearbest credit from past purchases. I think it says something about being able to use 30% toward purchase. Just bought this fan, but saw no mention of how to use the credit. How do you use it!?
