Like Japanese takeaway chains (MosBurger) often establish in Brisbane first. Melbourne is a saturated market with high turn over of eating places, which makes it a riskier market to enter.

So i got 2 x $10 credit ( 1x queens plaza and 1x southbank ) It auto set queens plaza as closest to i changed it to south bank and it gave me the credit as well
Yeah it showed Australia Square by default and I didn't bother changing it at first. I thought when I selected another store it would simply shift credit over but that doesn't appear to be the case.
I don't know if I'm safe to even book one now since they have my card information. I would never pay full price otherwise.

Well the credit is only showing up for the 2 stores when i select the others it seems to not show. I have NFI but just stating what I'm seeing on the app and will confirm later as per my above post
On Android app, at top is selected store you want to order from. Under that is your account details of loyalty points for past purchases & account balance. That's the only place I could find that credit shows.
Yes doesn't show credit at other stores. Tried Canberra store which has reached limit & $10 showed after clicking free $10 credit button. It shouldn't be able to add credit at that store. Guess I can now use my $10 in Canberra (within 7 days).

Now I've used my $10 credit at South Bank store, it still shows at Queens Plaza. So you were correct - $10 could be applied at multiple stores.
Just have to pop back to city… Before the credit expires (7days) on Wednesday?

Ended up going to Queen's Plaza store in Brisbane. Showed them the issue where it was showing $10 credit on the phone but not being applied to the order.
They ended up putting the order through manually and applying $10 discount.
The staff there had no idea this promotion was even going to be on. Poor communication from head office.
I initially wanted to order Pork Souvla (no pita) for $17.50 (which is on their website and app menu), however the staff member said they don't do that meal in the store? Pretty disorganised all round.
Verifying phone number is not working correctly. Waited 10 mins before getting a verification code.

Spent 15min and now deleted the app.

Looks like you can keep switching stores and get $10 free credit from each. But please be respectful and don't get more than 2!
Extra credit didn't work on Android app for me. It had $10 credit button, but refused to process. Button then disappeared.
Credit & points showing are total across all stores on your account, no matter what store you select.
Does yours show $20? Mine shows $10 no matter what store I select - the same $10 total.
Are you sure you are getting multiple $10, or just same $10. $10 is added after credit card details added. Did you add new CC?
Won't be using more than once in 7 day expiry, so 1 $10 credit suits me.

I was sceptical as the credit didn't show as being applied when ordering ahead so I waited till I got to the store at Surry Hills where the checkout staff were super helpful and showed me how ordering to pay in-store works and the app displayed that I was charged minutes $10 after approving/agreeing to purchase.

Pretty poor… I installed the app in time to get the $100 credit, then was told in store that I was too late to claim.
Is that because they wanted you to hit redeem button when signing up? Found that bit confusing as usually you only redeem when you are purchasing. Has anyone worked out how to use the credit yet?
I'd already got the credit when I signed up, it was all strange. I think basically the store just didn't want to give me the $10 credit.
