    Lol get cashback on 26¢?!

If I had 1 cent for everything I have ever purchased…

      I'm a generous person, I gave them $0.01 as a tip

  • It's killing me it's not black… Great deal though!

    • +1

It's Apple compatible, it's iBlack (imagine any colour you like).

    • +1

A black permanent marker helps in this situation..

Black electrical tape? Black paint? Black paper if you are tight like that? :P

Sad that I'm grabbing this because I think other idiots will keep removing headphone jacks from phones …

    • +7

Seriously, vote with your wallet if they do. Plenty of competition.
I doubt Sony will do this.
Also, the dac/amp on this will probably be really bad, I can't wait to get mine and get it lol

  • +2

This is likely only an analogue pass through, requires a device with a DAC to pass the audio through the USB-C port. Not all phones support this - Pixel 2 doesn't. Those require a similar cable but have a DAC included in the cable.

COURAGE would have been a better voucher code, I agree :)

  • Which android removed the headphone jack?

    • +1

      Pixel 2

    • +1

      HTC U11 did also.

    • Reportedly the Galaxy S 9 will also ditch the headphone port too…

  • For iPhones, another "freebie"

edit: LOL!!!! $63 for shipping is cheapest option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Disregard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So.. Not for the Pixel 2?

    • Should work on the Pixel 2

The day Samsung removes the 3.5mm audio jack is the day I never touch a Samsung product again. Let's hope that never happens.

Don't want to offend all the Samsung fan boys, but I think Samsung is massively overrated. I've had a Samsung and don't think the interface or UI is that clean, and the user experience is in some parts quite lacking..
Having said that I'm yet to try the experience on the S7 and S8, but knew it was a problem for me on the S6.

      • +2

I am both a Samsung and Apple user, surely any mention of something being massively overrated must belong to the iPhone especially once you take price into account.

      • They have done a lot of work to change this, the latest os is basically stock looking, including removing many of the UI enhancements that were made to the settings and quick menu.

The kind of people who demand stock android experience are the same people who install a custom launcher

      • +1

The first thing I did with my Galaxy A7 was install the Google Now Launcher as the default launcher and install Google Assistant. It's not a bad phone after that.

  • Would this work with a PC that has a USB-C port?

  • Doesn't seem to be working… might be expired

  • bought, thanks
