I can only say I have a good experience, however I get the "DIY meal boxes" always now!
I suggest you may still consider trying AFD but stick to Meals Boxes.
These boxes can be packed in a conveyor belt style "every box gets the same ingredients" the Chef would ensure sufficient quantities and ensure only recipes where good quality in season stock with sufficient quantities is chosen.
I would say I've bad experience if I was to get odds and ends though, say get 2 tomato 2 pineapple, bag oranges. s
some may be out of season, unusual plague of natural effects (floods, storms, plagues), shortage of/or high demand and rely on a personal shopper to collect and package.
They make plenty mistakes, might have a shortage on my exact item in quality season.
Aussie farmers needs to consider exiting the one stop fresh produce and stick to seasonal and consistent variety boxes. the competitors do set boxes only!.

Au Farm Direct have so many coupon codes that do the same thing. Quite messy
Never bought fruits n veg with them, super expensive! Quality of fresh produce that came as part of 2 free meals was not consistent, gave feedback
