I also saw these discounted in Maddington WA on Sunday.
Stock level was a bit more than half of what is shown in the OPs picture.

I believe these are called "ice bricks". Ice blocks are those flavoured frozen water treats you eat :)

Saw this at Cockburn Jandakot 1 or 2 months ago but wasnt sure if it was store specific. Good for pets in summer.
