FYI, not actually a Lenovo product.

It's a fake product by some other company. The companion app you download is from "wemeworkroom".

Here's a forum thread on Lenovo talking about this:

And here's a YouTuber doing the PSA with his first hand experience:

Ooops, wasn't aware of this, MOD please delete if this is confirmed.

EDIT: If this is fake, then better to get Xiaomi Mi Band 2 for AU$19.71 using coupon code: BANDHK

      • i have mi band 2,. it has a terrible bug - once you connect to one phone its impossible to pair to other phone unless you know the steps to unpair first from the previous phone

  • Standby time: 7 days

    Forget it

  • I've got one. It uses lenovos healthy app. Errr, it seems to work fine. Counts my steps, buzzes if I'm inactive for more than an hour, it's decent for the money.

    • battery life? if so, looks like much much much better than xiaomi mi band 2, this has continous heart monitoring, music and camera control (xiaomi cant)

      • Continous heart rate monitoring is a misnomer. It measures every 15 mins. My Mi band 2 is set to monitor heart rate every 5 mins using Mi band notify app. Also the battery life on lenovo is significantly less ( 5 to 8 days ) compared to mi band 2 ( around 20 days for me ).

      • Battery life seemed OK, uses micro usb to charge. There are definitely better smart bands, but for 20 bucks? If you want continuous heart rate monitoring to monitor exercise, you really need a chest strap and a few hundred. This one does what it does, for not much outlay. You can set alarms, which make your wrist tingle, and best of all, I use it a fair amount to find my phone, or to stop me losing the damn thing in the first place. Mi band prob does the same thing though.

        • In general, which one do you think looks better?
And which has a better display?
          Thanks

@BrodenIt: I don't have a mi, so can't comment. Those mi bands are available in different colours and stuff, mines black on black.
