Greetings everyone, this watch is back down to a really awesome price, last time it was around this price was a few months ago.

Please Note:

It is thoroughly worth noting that this deal can be made a lot better by purchasing at The Good Guys and claiming back on their 30 Day Guarantee Claim form.

This way it would be: Purchase at TGG for $469, then fill out the form after the purchase which shows the $249 price at JB. This will trigger them to send you 120% of the price difference in the form of an EFTPOS card, which will be a $264 Eftpos Card. This could essentially turn the price into $205. Also 2.5% Cash Rewards would trigger on TGG if you use that online, which would bring the price even further down to ~$193.

You can now get an extra $50 store credit if you opt for the good guys option and choose C&C.

This option might only last a short time as they usually get onto the price differences relatively quickly.

Edit 830pm: Now available for the same price at Harvey Norman

As always, enjoy :)

Have been using for more than two years. I have no issues with the UI at all. It is not a fancy smartwatch. It is for runners.

Forerunner 245 is rumoured to be on the way later this month. Still, a great price for a very good watch.

  • I bought one of these from JB earlier this year, the battery life doesn't even last 1 week and I don't even use the GPS functions anymore, is it worth taking back? I know it comes with a 1 year warranty but how would I prove the terrible battery life?

    • Bluetooth is a battery killer, it will only last 3-4 days max if you have bluetooth on and don’t actually do anything else like a run.
Mine can last a couple weeks even with about 6hrs+ of running brfore going flat without using bluetooth.

      • Odd, mine easily lasts a week with Bluetooth and heart rate monitor both always on and maybe 2 hours of running a week?

        • Same as mine. I get one week easily with about 1 hour run, BT and HR.

        • Mines getting on, had it for over two years now but battery life has been consistent, except bluetooth kills mine quick but rarely use that anyway unless transferring data

      • Sorry should have said I never use the Bluetooth either! I popped into a jb before and they said they'd look at it and would be able to repair or replace it

        • Yeah, that’s an issue then for sure

Love this watch. I had the 610, vivoactive and now this (got it one year ago). This takes the cake - chest heart rate straps might be more reliable but it's so much easier not to have to remember to put it on. I've run about 600km using this watch including a 56km ultra and it's never skipped a beat, as well as 1800km cycling. It's fantastic for running especially being able to upload different training plans and sessions, easily look back at stats from previous runs etc.

I reckon I'll have this for at least another year if it lasts, but obviously if you're going for this you should also consider one of the newer models. I paid $236.80 for mine and that was a year ago, and before it was superseded!

    • I also use an external HR strap for my running and cycling. This is a great watch and for this price it is a steal

This deal has just gotten even better with the good guys price match, you can now get an extra $50 store credit if you opt for the good guys option and C&C, but unfortunately looks like stock is very limited for C&C.

    • I can still see old price over $400 on Good guys website…

      • Yeah didn’t think they’d drop it, did you read the description in the post about the good guys option?

  • Now available at Harvey Norman also for the same price, link added into post.
