Are you saying you're charging a fast charge phone through your computer's USB port? Those only put out 0.5A and fast charge is 2.5A to 3A..

    • +2

ive used the ampcore series pretty much exclusively every night for fast charging , theyre a strong sturdy cable and they havent let me down once
not sure how youve managed to have such a bad experience with them , did you purchase the ampcore series or one of the cheaper ones?

    • +3

I guess you would have got some cheap duplicates. I left pretty much all the other usb cables after getting the 2.5 meter Blitzwolf Ampcore. I can vouch for the quality and the fast charging it does.

    • +2

To be able to use the "Fast Charge" feature, you require a charger with QC 2.0/3.0. Plugging in the USB ports on your computer won't output enough amps for you to even use standard charge.

Blitzwolf cable are probably one of the cable for it price range. They are sturdy and last a lot longer then most cheap cables. You can view the previous deals here and reads everyone's comment on the quality of Blitzwold Cables.

    • You're all clueless.

Computers can charge above 1amp, 0.5amp is just the minimum standard. This varies depending on your PC.

  • The BlitzWolf AmpCore Turbo BW-MC7 2.4A Braided Durable Micro USB Charging Data Cable 3.33ft/1m are also the same price - US $3.99 (~AU $5.34)

EDIT: The 'BlitzWolf AmpCore Turbo' are a lot better then the 'Blitzwolf BW-CB7 2.4A 1m Micro USB', but you are paying double the price though.

    • Actually that's not a bad deal especially if you need a cord ASAP as you can get it out of the Aus warehouse for only a dollar more! Added to post. Cheers.

      • +1

Was going to mention the Australian Warehouse, but it seem they only have 15 in stock.

  • These are USB 2.0, I don't think Blitzwolf make any USB 3.0/3.1 variants of these cables sadly.

    • The Ampcore Turbo Range has USB 3.0 in it's title…

      • You're right. Was looking at the micro-usb models

  • Please pardon my ignorance - I need a charging cable for my sons Samsung S6 - are these the right ones - and if so which one?

    • You would need one that is microUSB, I think the S8 onwards is USB-C. If your son’s cable can only plug in one way it would be microUSB.

  • Needed one. Thanks for sharing

  • still waiting for the cables I ordered on 2/10 😒

    • Lol I misread that as 2010…

Any deals on lightning cables to charge ipad? I had a look on the site and they are around $14.

    • +1

The BlitzWolf® BW-MF5 1m lightning is only $8 which seems like a decent deal.

Anyone know of a good short type C cable? Like within 15cm?

    • Don't know if you can buy them separately anywhere, but Samsung includes short ones for their Portable SSD drives.

TC9 sold out at 3.99 price. Now 5.99.

The TC10 is available for 4.99USD (I believe this is just the 1.8m version of the TC9)

  • This deal is back at $3.99USD
