  • Got the X-Wing yesterday

I'm about the throw the bloody thing in the bin, lol

    • I did, don't make the mistake of taking all the parts out first. Damn my non carni folk hands…

    • The TIE Fighter is hard mainly because you need to bend the flat parts by hand into the correct shape. I'd done an Enterprise-D model previously, and the TIE was way harder to get the body sphere into the correct shape and keep it that way while putting the wings on. Ended up so loose that I need a drop of epoxy on the back to keep each wing/body joint stable as the mucking around made the existing and impossible to reach internal joints loosen.

    • Yeah don't fall victim to "no glue required must mean non-hobbyists can assemble this". It's small with razor sharp edges.

Also it's not a puzzle…unless they are referring to the instructions.

  • +1

One of my friends did the Millenium Falcon recently - pretty damn cool.

If my PS4 explodes I might have the time to get going on the all the 3D Puzzles…..

Edit : oh and thanks OP :) Got my first AT-AT. Missed the other ones, so firstsies for me.

  • Love that I can use my points to get another 6c off lol

  • "1 item per account"

Seems you can order as many as you like?

    • Yes you can, but they won't come in at USD 79c each. I just tried and the total for two Tie Fighters was $3.69, not $1.58USD as I would have expected.
