Once you receive it you confirm you have received it.
Does that mean its shipped as I never got a email to confirm so
I didn't receive and email either, I also ordered a phone, says the same thing.
I sent them an email yesterday but haven't heard back.If you log into your account and view order details it has tracking info in there. I couldn't see it on a mobile but on a desktop it shows up.
the tooth brush for me was shipped on the 18th, the phone was shipped on the 15th. Not sure how to track it though.

I checked it on their website. Then pasted the number into auspost and they actually had it in sunshine west. So I imagine I’ll get it tomorrow.

My tracking says it has passed customs here but I cant seem to track it on Aus post website any idea how I can use China’s tracking number?
I got the same expect mine says it's currently in Botany NSW and I'm in Victoria
I had this problem - you have to use it in the Auspost tracking website. BUT it doesn't show up until it clears customs and is in transit. My tracking became active 2 days before delivery.
