I've got both and I love the Crossfade Wireless II. The new earcups are so much more comfortable than the stock and XL pads on the M-100's.
Could you confirm if the Crossfade Wireless II have the breathing holes under the shields?

Under the m100s, the black material under the shield lets the aircups "breathe" (hence the vents in the shield) so apparently you won't get sweaty or hot after wearing the headphones for a long time. I just saw on facebook that someone claimed that their Crossfade 2 wireless had a plastic cover over where the "breathable" material is supposed to be. So I just wanted to confirm if this was true
