  • probably forgot to add a 2 in front of 47 haha

  • Does it work with Sony FE mount?

    • Nope. It's an aps-c lens for starters but also is for the old A mount Sony cameras.

  • Doubt it is legit.. but pulled the trigger anyway just to see if they honour it. Lol.

    • Clearance price. It's and old pretty basic lens for a camera system that barely exists any more.

  • damn professionals at work again

  • out of stock already

Don’t want it… don’t need it but don’t want to lose my professional status with Gerry… what to do?

  • They have disabled the drop down box so this offer is closed.

This isnt really worth even $47. Its a first generation superzoom that is almost 13 years old now.

  • I still have the 28-300XR from over a decade ago. HORRIBLE lens. Lacks contrast and sharpness. My wife once put it on her camera by mistake and then asked me to check what as wrong with her camera.

The person downvoting us has some serious buyers remorse for the $50 paperweight they just bought LOL

      • Damn right! I'm no lens snob. I'm a big fan of GOOD cheap lenses like Nikon's 18-70, 18-140, Canon's 55-250 STM. There are only 3 lenses I have owned that I completely regret buying (Tamron 28-300XR, Nikon 70-300G old non-VR coke bottle, Tamron 70-300VC - all 3 have awful contrast and sharpness) and 1 that I'm ambivalent about (Tamron 90SP, mostly because my Nikon copy has HORRIBLE misfocus and only my latest cameras could correct it).
