How is it AMEX side?
I enter my card number and it says to "Enter a valid card number" and it also only shows the VISA and MC logos
Sounds like you're deliberately not accepting it
maybe once the amex issue is resolved you can hand out some temporal voucher codes for those who missed out on the 20% off.
