  tried to sign up gets to payment page and enter promo code 'luxfree'

  you hit the apply and checkout button to continue and it goes through paypal and then out again to the same page and nothing happens and says its declined at the end of the page.

  From Shop and Ship terms and conditions:

  You agree to pay Aramex a one-time Account Fee in the amount of Twenty Australian Dollars (AUD 20) plus GST upon registration for the Service. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method") to register for and use the Service.

  9.Shipping fees will be charged at the rate applicable to your shipment set out in the Application Form (“Shipping Fees”). Shipping Fees are exclusive of all government taxes and any other third party charges that are payable on the shipment of your Goods, and you understand and agree that all such taxes and charges are payable by you prior to your Shipment being despatched by Aramex. Estimated Shipping Fees can be calculated by reviewing the Shipping Fee calculator on the website.

  10.You agree to pay all applicable Shipping Fees and other charges for any Shipment including customs duties that has been ordered when requested to do so by Aramex and regardless of the person who placed the order. The aforesaid shall apply to all Shop and Ship accounts including individuals’ and entities’ accounts.

  What is waived is the $20 membership fee, but shipping fees still apply.
