"8 cent prints at Teds Cameras - 4x6 digital prints - Super sepcial"

  • Hello rep. Looks to be cheaper than Kmart kiosks and Officeworks, but how's the quality?

  • +2

qualitys great, printed on HP machines same as the Kmart units

    • I'm not impressed with the Kmart units but understand that I can't exactly expect any better at this price point. Thanks for the quick answer, will be ordering a fair few prints from you.

      • +1

        yeah you can expect better

harvey norman is 9c and they use fuji frontier

the kmart machines (HP or Kodak) are crap in comparison

        • For t&c of HV

        • Cheers mate, Fuji Frontier + free pickup means that I am taking my business to Mr Norman and co.

        • Absolutely agree with you mate.

  • I just received an email that Harvey Norman are doing 9 cent prints… how does it compare in quality to the Harvey Norman ones?

    • -1

its 1 cent more expensive! otherwise same

  • There is very little variation in print quality with the current equipment regardless of store or brand, so for 1 cent less just as well go with Teds

    • While your their correct your spelling in the title ie Special is not sepcial ie my comment!

      • lol. spelling correction with 2 spelling mistakes :)

  • nice disclaimer… "work load permitting"…. so when lots of ozbargainers jump on the deal it gets pulled ?
had better get in quick !

is there a limit per order ?

  • +1

Just checked with the bosses at Teds.

No quantity limit upper or lower

The disclaimer was to be in realtion to turnaround, which they will try for 24 hrs but depends on the uptake.

They have said they won't pull the deal early, it's meant to be as it is a genuine offer.

So this isn't the one where you do a digital negative and actually develop the photos? Do Teds still do that? I was under the impression that that was what set Teds apart and why they charge 50c per photo.

Actually, why am I asking you? I see that you are the developer or operator of an on-line photo printing service that contracts out to Teds at the moment. Suchfun being your old name. Who did you use to use for your photos?

Your web page could do with a little more security. HTTPS login would be good. Segregated accounts too. Otherwise, it's pretty neat.
