    CARTOFFER01 doesn’t work anymore unfortunately.

  • +33

log in, add one product to your cart, then log out, you might get an email saying place your order with free shipping even if it is below 100 dollars. this method used to work before, but i dont know if it still works.

    • Just got the free postage offer. Thanks champion.

      • Not a problem :)

      • how long did you need to wait for it?

    • This also worked for me. Had to wait for about 30+ minutes, but the email eventually came.
      Cheers man!!!

    • Legend, thanks!

    • Damn. Not working for me

      • N/v it worked. Thanks bro!

    • Not sure if they figured out the trick, or if it's to do with the fact that I've just created an account (used to buy from them without an account), but haven't got the email for over an hour now. Fingers crossed it will come soon.

Edit: Did you guys get a code for the free shipping, or it just automatically applies to the cart after you get the said email?

      • +3

Never mind. It took a couple of hours but I've just received that free shipping (for under $100 purchase). Thanks, baldur.

    • Tks baldur, I tried the trick last night but it doesn't work for my yahoo.com.hk account. This morning I retry with my gmail account it finally works, waited for the free ship email for slightly over 1 hour, Ty!

    • +6

Dammit, this is why i should read the comments before buying. Paid for postage like an ozbargain rookie.

    • Thanks, waited and sure enough got the email! Was the difference between ordering and not haha that extra ten pushed me over in buy :)

    • Thanks man! Worked for my hotmail account, took about 30minutes.

    • created an account and did as suggested.
i got a 20% off voucher but not free shipping.

waiting for more than 2 hrs now

      • +2

It took like four hours before I received the email this morning. I even subscribed to their email thing (at the bottom of the page when you're logged in). Make sure after you add the less than $100 item(s) to your cart that you leave them in the cart (I initially misread the info and removed the item from the cart), and then log out AND leave the site. After a while you'll receive the email (check your junk mail as well, just in case).

        • Thanks for your and baldur's comments! I forgot to add the code before logging out and was wondering why I hadn't received the free shipping offer (cart was over $100 before discount..duh!)! Received the code within 30min after following your steps ;)

        • @KupoHo: No worries. :)

        • Can you please post the link on the email that you had to click to get the free shipping? Its because last time cartoffer01 coupon was hidden in the link and when you clicked it, it automatically applies the code. I didn’t get the email this time so looking forward to see if that trick still works.

        • @oxymoron: There's no email you have to click to get the free shipping. You do what baldur's comment (the one we're now responding to above with the 29+votes) suggests: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/343557#comment-5315127

        • @AussieDaddy:

Thanks but the comments says that you get an email. And there is a button named "Go to Cart" and I was asking about that one. I'm the one who found the cartoffer01 code last time. The button was linked to http://www.newbalance.com.au/on/demandware.store/Sites-newba…

You can see the coupon code at the end

        • @oxymoron: O! You mean the email you'll get from NB? With this new trick of getting free shipping, you log on to your New Balance account, add the item(s) you want to purchase into the cart, and then sign out and leave NB site. If the purchase is less than $100 then you'll get an email asking you if you're forgetting something (meaning the item you left in your cart without finalizing the purchase), and tells you that you'll get free shipping if you finalize it today. There's no code given. You just click on the link to the product you left in the cart (they'll attach a link of your cart in the email they'll send you, so it's specific to one's account and the item they left in the cart) and it will take you to your cart to finalize the purchase. The free shipping will apply automatically to your cart when you follow the link of your cart from the email they'll send you.

        • @AussieDaddy:

It worked the same way before. See my comment here from the past deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/300938?page=1#comment-4588…

Can you please post the link? It won't be traceable to your account so no privacy concerns there. The link that we got in all past deals weren't specific for anyone's account. It was just a link to the cart with coupon code automatically applied in the background. Hence why I'm asking for this. There is absolutely no way of accessing your private info with the link that you get. It's a generic one

        • @oxymoron: O dear! I know you posted that code before (as it has been the regular free shipping code for almost all NB deals posted here). Reread my last comment, mate. There is no code or a generic link you have to follow to get free shipping. You follow the steps listed above and then NB will send you an email. IT'S SPECIFIC TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CART. NB will apply free shipping to your account without a code.

          @AussieDaddy:
im really curious how many more times you will explain it. it s been 3 times so far? :)

        • @baldur: It's my fault. I should've paid close attention to his/her username (or the second part of it). lol

        • @AussieDaddy:
Lol. I admired your patience, honestly.

        • @oxymoron:

The generic link in the email is (still?):

          http://www.newbalance.com.au/on/demandware.store/Sites-newba…

'CARTOFFER01' still at the end. I don't think it works as a standalone code though.

          @AussieDaddy:

If you don't know how to hover over a button and see a link, you're a prime candidate for phishing.

        • +1

          @dazweeja

Here we go :-) thanks man. I can see how its attached to an account as per AussieDaddy's comments lol

        • @dazweeja: If you did not take the time to read the chat in context, and realize that oxymoron has posted that code at the end of that link already https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/343557#comment-5319225 (where me knowing or not knowing how to hover a link to see a code has nothing to do with the discussion at hand), and that I have been trying to explain to him there's no code involved in the new free shipping tactic, then you're indeed fake news, my friend.

        • @oxymoron: If that's what you have been after then why didn't use it when you've already posted a link with the code above? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/343557#comment-5319225 And doweyy has already posted it in the first comment of the deal, and it doesn't work, as has already been mentioned yesterday.

If this was meant to be trolling, you guys aren't that good at it yet. Keep practicing more.

        • +1

          @AussieDaddy:

Not trolling. I have posted the link from previous deals. Since it doesn't work on this one, I was hoping that they might have just changed the coupon code to something else. That's why I wanted to know the new link because I didn't get the email this time. dazweeja answered my question and you have been defensive about it instead just posting the link :-)

        • +2

          @AussieDaddy:

I read the thread in full before replying. It was perfectly obvious that oxymoron just wanted the link to see if there was a new code embedded in it. I gave them the link, they could verify for themselves that the code embedded in the link was the same non-working one, and their problem was resolved.

As the link was all that was required to resolve their query, you not being to provide it was indeed relevant. It meant that after literally hundreds of words, their question was still not adequately answered. No trolling, no fake news. Just a reasonable, straightforward question and some increasingly rude and arrogant responses that didn't actually answer the question.

      • +1

It's been 4 hours and I have not received it yet :( Worried that the promotion ends or stock/sizes deplete before the email arrives.

    • Thanks baldur, that was sweet advice - i got my email in under an hour.

    • Excellent stuff, got the free shipping applied. Thanks mate.

  • +4

Also don't forget Cash Rewards. :)

The code is not listed on CR as of yet, so the cashback will most likely be declined even if you receive a CR tracking email

    Special Terms
    Important:
Rewards are NOT payable when using any coupon code/s not listed on Cashrewards.

Cashback may not be payable if you use a coupon code that is not listed on this site.

    • +1

      Cheers! Worth trying anyway. :)

    • +7

Just received an email from New Balance that this coupon in not commissionable, so we've elected to temporarily disable the store from Cashrewards to avoid an influx of tickets. For those that have received tracking emails, please note your cashback will be declined by New Balance once they consolidate sales. As with most of these bespoke coupons, please remember Cashback may not be payable if you use a coupon code that is not listed on this site. Thank you.

      • Thanks for clearing that up TA! :)

  • wait for code in Cashback

  • +1

A lot of sizes and styles out of stock from when I checked a few weeks ago :(

    • +2

Same here. My wife wears New Balance and I've been checking every week and all of a sudden her size and style are out of stock. Not cool, New Balance, not cool.

  • +3

    624v4 for $65 hopefully.

    • Pretty solid shoes.

    • +2

Love the 624 series, especially as they're available in wider sizes. I find most sports shoes are too narrow, but NB comes to the rescue. Non marking soles too. They wear very well.

    • Which color to get? Confused!

      • +2

I wear black ones to work.

        • Using as formal shoes?

        • +1

The 490v5 could also make for a work shoe.

        • +2

          @bargainaus:

i also wear them as work shoes as i stand long hours. also i put scholl branded insoles inside them. Pretty comfortable. i would highly recommend 624v4 for work purposes.

        • @baldur: 2E turned out to be too wide :(

        • @bargainaus:

I once bought some D ones from India.

They were a bit narrow for me.

    • +1

      just buy 2 pairs

      • Went with Brown with tan, how bad is it?

    • Thanks for mentioning those. I have been struggling to find comfortable work shoes for ages, so I got the black ones too. :D

  • Cheers. Brought some trail runners and x-trainers for $125

    • +13

      Where did you bring them?

      • +2

To last week's ozbargain meetup, silly!

    • +1

      Yet no +vote.

      Poor form

  • +8

How is this a Black Friday deal if it's only running on Tuesday and Wednesday?

  • -1

Can get better deals from Catch for many of the shoes IMO. e.g. Looking at buying New Balance Zante V3 - It's $85 after discount, $80 normal price at Catch.

    And I have a $25 coupon at catch so…

    • +3

Catch usually has ridiculous shipping prices though. Another poster commented above on how to get free shipping on the NB website.

  • +1 Thx Op.

  • +4

Man.. the online store is really lacking in sizes!

  • how are New Balance's sizing compared to Asics? i've never worn any of their shoes before.

    • sizes are comparable

    • I have a pair of NBS that I bought in the states a few years ago, bought the same size from the site thinking they would fit and they are way smaller. Fortunately they fit someone I knew perfectly. I usually wear asics and with the decrease I size if found them to be similar, but in the past I found NBs to be bigger.

  • I'm assuming this doesn't work with the secure a spot $50 vouchers though?

    • The secure a spot $50 vouchers never worked.

      • I've used them twice and they have worked.

        • Awesome!! I'll give it a shot, worst case scenario I have to wait until the sale goes off to use them.

        • I thought it only worked on kids shoes ?

  • +1

Awesome deal! And the site actually works… unlike that other brand

  • I wonder if this includes in store New Balance stores and their DFO outlets?

Maybe i'm dreaming too big hehe

    • How are you going to use a coupon code at a store?

      • Ask them in store nicely if they are also doing 50% off in store.

Melbourne Central Concept New Balance store said if i signed up to their VIP listing, they can do 50% off store wide with a few restrictions.

Walked out with 3 pairs of new kicks.

  • +1

Anyone got a free shipping code to stack?

  • +4

Items previously discounted have reverted to full price. Effectively no discount now :(

  • +2

cricket gear at 50% off is the real deal here

    • Yep, except this time they've taken all the top end bats off the website.

  • +21

They have hidden the clearance items on the main site as far as I can see but you can still get them here and yes the discount works on them. Got 3 pairs for the family.
    https://www.newbalance.com.au/all-clearance-items/

    • Thanks was looking for the Clearance section, and couldn't find it.

    • Legend…was looking for that also, how did you find it?

      • +2

Just googled new balance Australia clearance

  • +1

Do they pay the return postage if they don't fit well (size issues)?

    • +4

Yep returns are free. Every tome i chat to them about sizing they always say to order multiple sizes and then return what doesn't fit.

      • not a bad idea

      • +3

They will also hold stock if you want to exchange - tell them the size you want, they'll hold it and ship when you return the first pair.

Found them to have great customer service!

      • Ok .. thanks for your response. Good to know for future reference.

      • If I knew that I would have returned both my leather pairs of shoes…both were oversized.

  • love my black (and white logo) fresh foam zante's from them. would recommend

  • Thanks OP.
Love New Balance shoes, bought 5 pairs last deal and theyre great. bought a bunch of apparel this time :)

  • +2
