Creditsimple.com.au has a new credit file monitoring with email alerts when certain changes occur on your credit file. It alerts you when your credit report is showing changes.

Changes are perfectly normal and can happen when you apply for credit, make repayments, open or close an account, or have a change to any of the information listed on your credit report.

It always pays, when that happens, to check that things look right and creditsimple.com.au will alert you. Your credit report should reflect what you've been doing, best to take a careful look. You can also see your credit score and report for free.

  Second - this isn't a deal, it's a feature. Also this is a feature that all the credit reporting services provide as standard. It's like saying "This bank will email you when you have a new netbank statement"

  I was under the impression that you could always request a credit report for free however credit "monitoring" was a paid option. Perhaps things have changed since the last time I checked?
