      I dont think ITEstate do delivery, AFAIK its only pickup from their location in North Rocks (Sydney, NSW).

          This is LED VS LCD(CCFL) argument, depends on your room but I say go with Dell since it is more trusted. Also it is LED lit hence more efficient, specially if you leave your screen on day and night!

          No there is no such thing as an LED monitor

          A monitor sold as LED is still LCD monitor

          An LED monitor is an LCD monitor with an LED back light
          An LCD monitor is a LCD monitor with a CCFL back light

          Yes, That is what I meant by putting CCFL in brackets signifying the type of backlighting they used. Sorry for the confusion, I guess I should have just written LED vs CCFL

    i have a different model acer, takes forever to change resolution, drives me crazy! or goes black for ages while it brings up the standard windows "are you sure"

    worth it for the price though!

    Just ordered two of these bad boys (one for me and another for a colleague).

    I already have an Acer P243W which I picked up for a similar price a year or two back, and for the money I could not be happier. So now I'm buying this to replace my current 50KG 21" CRT 2nd monitor :P

    Postage to Newcastle NSW was $30 for two ($15 for one, unfortunately they refused to combine - even when I said I'd take 3). Postage to Stanmore NSW for two was $22

      Yes it is to provide a secure connection between your PC and monitor.

      If you try to play a blueray movie or game which requires HDCP (all movies do, i dont know about games) and your monitor does not support HDCP then you will not be able to watch anything.

      HDCP is needed
