      I just asked them if the strict “sale items” returns exclusion applies to site-wide sales, and they said yes - you can’t even get store credit for anything bought at the Black Friday sale. Lame.

      That's got to be one of the worst policie for an online store. Unfortunately I had to find out the hard way - made a purchase unaware of this policy and now I've got an item sitting at home which I dislike the material and fit with no way to return it.
