Different soles. These ones are about 1/3 lighter than 1460s, and are a little less heavy duty. Both are good.
1460 has better leather
UK made will have the best and these newtons and cavendish(? I think that's what they're called,) - the new lightweight range feel soooooo cheap
As others have said. Lighter weight. I bought a pair in London when they first came out. They feel very weird at the start. Lighter all round - leather, sole.
At 18 months of 4x a week of office wearing & 10000 steps per day they were still perfectly serviceable, just ratty on the toes.

After a Few wears there no where near as loud ,takes time thinner leather , but i'm happy with my purchase , loose or tight made no difference to my amount of squeak!
Sent customer service an email about why my boots hadn't arrived and they notified me that they were refunding me because they oversold their stock.
