    Not really, I felt RAM is almost trivialised these days, they mostly just work. But I'm no expert in this area!

    My only advice is get 2 sticks instead of 1. (ie if you need 8GB you get 4x2, 16GB you get 8x2) Reason is how DDR works you get better performance out of 2 sticks.

    This is the best deal at the moment for quality ram that will run @ the rated 3200Mhz. It has the Samsung B-Die ram that has the best stability on Ryzen systems. Basically any 3200Mhz ram that is rated at C14 will be Samsung B-Die.

    I went for a Ryzen 5 1600, the mATX version of the above Asrock board and that ram.

    Edit: I researched a lot on what to buy, yet to put it together, need to source my new case still.
