    WinMerge is a rather old, ugly looking and barely usable merging tool.
    BC4 is 100 times better. Plus has FTP integration and a lot of options to make merging a breeze.
    My 2 cents :)

      Agree. BC is awesome. Been using it since V2. Maybe earlier, it's been so long. Also has a nifty scripting language so that you can automate and schedule your compares. Use it almost daily. Best money that I ever spent on software.

    Meld is quite good as well, but I still prefer Beyond Compare.

      The Windows release of Meld is lagging behind the Linux release though. They haven't released any Windows binaries for over a year.
