Good price for PUBG but seriously playing it less and less now. I hate how there is so much camping involved it's not even fun. Much rather play Fortnite now. I'll blow that stupid building you're hiding in hahaha.

Probably ¯_(ツ)_/¯ One thing I can say is that I have more wins in Fortnite in like 1/3 the game time I have in PUBG, so that's what keeps me going back :P
@Diji1: I play quite aggressive and invade/destroy bases as much as possible. People seem to be really clueless when you do this because they're so used to camping they forget you can literally build stairs from behind them and catch them off guard. I also play with mates which makes things way easier - better comms, team sticks together etc.
@Diji1: Watch the top players (eg, Grimmmz) on twitch for some strategy ideas. As currentfad mentioned, they will play aggressive most of the time, and sit in a base only when necessary.
Just don’t hide in bushes.
Yeah I'm struggling in it.. Not only that, the main menu and crafting / upgrade menu is a cluster fk IMO. So many options, it's a mess.
@Maz78: I find it quite easy to use once you know what you're doing. 99% of the time I build walls around a 1x1 space and stairs (floor if needed). Build as many levels as needed.
@Diji1: get good scrub. But seriously squad makes it easy. I've had a few wins on my own for my squad but a whole single game nada.

Fortnite just doesn't have the same atmosphere as PUBG. Every round just feels like the same, doesn't really feel special if you win or anything. Its too casual, too much rng shooting mechanics.
PUBG is more of a ARMA style game, while Fortnite is an arcade style game. Depends what you prefer, but I think PUBG make the battle royale system work much better than fortnite.
That said, I'd wait to actually play PUBG until 1.0 comes out. It feels a LOT better than the current version.
The adrenaline of pubg is unmatched for me. I only have 6 kills in about 6 hours of gameplay because fortnite with friends is more enjoyable but wish I had a squad to dominate with.

That's why you should never let paypal do the conversion, always specify the credit card to do it, especially if you have a card like 28 degrees which doesnt charge currency conversion.
Is this still a thing? Pretty sure they introduced a fee awhile ago, hence why I stopped using mine.
The fee is for when you make your monthly payments, not for international currency exchange.

It is true and looks dodgy AF. Fortunately it can be used in conjunction with Steam Guard (2FA).
Humble Bundle arguably links to your Steam account too and requests for Steam details and activation..
Humble Bundle redirects to a steam page to log in which is secure. I'm not sure what GamesDeal does.

PUBG is probably the most fun game, that simultaneously has the most annoying amount of hackers destroying the game.
Despite all the hype, i probably wouldn't recommend this game unless you have a bunch of friends/clan mates who jump on a chat server like TS/Discord and squad up.
I've put 150 hours in so far.
Solo can be a lot of fun, once you get to a certain skill level. Before that, its really brutal and can be quite un-fun. But once you get past the skill barrier, solo is the most intense mode - no team mates to save your neck.
yea, i do enjoy solo from time to time. Once you're down to top 10 your mind is racing, i just prefer squad play.

It's been a pre release so far, first official release coming in the next weeks so great time to pick it up if you haven't.

It has actually improved substantially. They kinda had to though as they're supposed to be coming to PS4/XBox as well and those companies won't put up with crappy 'pre release' bs. Ppl who have tried their new 1.0 version have said the game has been optimized significantly and the new features do make it better. I dunno. I haven't tried it yet but I do like some of the stuff they've added.

Okay game. Not polished yet. Graphics optimisation is poor and still buggy overall. I.e. if you alt-tab in loading the game crashes. As above, look elsewhere unless you've got a bunch of friends to play with.

I don't really get that. Solo in many ways is better than squad once you get good enough. The adrenaline is just completely different in squad vs solo
If you're willing to grind past the learning curve, could be. I'm not, it's not a polished enough game worth grinding for IMO.
Depends if you enjoy the adrenaline style gameplay. Nothing else since solo pvp in Eve online has been able to create it for me. Which is why PUBG is so massively popular despite all the jank.
Hi All, a little help if possible ^__^ .. I'm normally decent with these but I can't seem to get the activation code. Initially when I paid ( did it on my phone and paid through paypal ), I noticed the page loading but I didn't let it load all the way, which is where I am guessing I would have go the key .. but I pressed a button by accident and couldn't load that same page again. So email came in .. "click link above and follow instructions and it will be automatically activated on your steam account "
So I go to the link .. log in my steam details then it brings me to this page https://imgur.com/a/BQfzC . No key .. and a button at the end which says China Retail Key
which then brings me to this page https://imgur.com/a/QjmBd
Can't seem to find the key. Is someone able to point out where I've gone wrong? Thanks in advance

For the life of me I can't remember the name of the game but apparently there is a game similar to PUBG coming to PC next month in BETA? It has beautiful visuals and even has with it destructible environments! I saw the video scrolling through Facebook this morning.
Not too sure I can buy into the PUBG hype. I enjoy watching others play but I'm more of a R6: Siege guy.

No, this game didn't have cartoony graphics but instead did look like PUBG but with a texture mod. Driveable vehicles and even interactable environments!

Its not really a team based game, so what other people do doesn't matter baring hacking. And if you want to play squads, its easy enough to find people to play with outside the matchmaking system

Be careful, requires username and password for your steam account to activate and it snuck in a paypal fee that I didn't notice until after payment which puts the price up 4% pretty well negating the coupon.
