  I have one and its not bad. More powerful than expected.

  It wont turn the screws on a stiff thread (think screwing in to your 3d print for the first time) but it will work after that. Save's my wrist some stress.

  Honestly I think it is a bad idea sometime to use electric screw drivers on small screws.

  issues with cam out, over-torque damage. Small screws are easily stripped.

    I tend to agree but say laptops where you have a million screws to take the enclosure off saves a lot of time. You can just start it manually and then switch to drive once it's out a little.

    it shines a light onto the place where you are using the tool from the tool itself.

    If you were working inside a tight space, shining a light onto your work area can be quite hard. Even in an open workspace the tool itself would be a shadow in your view.
