Hm… Scotty thanks for your opinion, but I'll give you an example:
2408 Monitor was $799… without any promotional discount and free senheiser headset. At the moment, $998 - 10% discount = $898
Just kinda impulse buying I reckon… and it's only last for an hour. That is an impulse discount for an impulse buying… :)
