Sorry, looks like it doesn't stack on sale items.

However, take the 2 chinos for $200 offer…
It puts the chinos back to full price, and applies 30% off that so you get a them a little cheaper than $100 each.
Not a stack, but does take the cheaper price at least.

More worthwhile to wait for the extra 20-25 off on sale items. Pretty good bargain to be had then.
