Hi All,

This receipt is from the Sydney George Street Store. but you can use the receipt to price match at any major retailer. I can confirm the price match using this receipt works at JBHIFI, HN and other DSE stores.
Normal Ticket Price is $499 instore

      g27 is fairly new compared to g25 but yeh its about supple demand.

      yeah don't get confused with the G25… these aren't that old… but the price has changed a few times

    yer they go up and down all the time, they were around $300 a few months ago. i guess they all went up because there has been a rush to buy them since GT5 is released in a few days. most online stores are sold out awaiting stock

    yes just go in-store and ask the salesguy, dont even need the receipt. just mention the price.

    Local Harvey Norman had a Sale on 30% off all Logitech Products
    Called DSE and told them Harvey Norman doing 30% off logitech
    they didnt even ring Harvey Norman to confirm
    Got Logitech G27 $350 from Dick Smith.

    Otherwise best price was $399 by manager approval. though the Harvey Norman Sale was only over the weekend, many people have gone and got it today and yesterday without receipt and some with

    Very disappointed.
    After standing there for about 10 minutes I finally got noticed by a staff member who informed me that this price match was matching a Harvey Norman deal over the weekend and the best price they could do now was $450 at best.
    Such inconsistencies.

      check my receipts below, people have used this receipt all over sydney and newcastle.
      you may need to try a few stores first…..took me 3 stores till one would do that price

        most probably, all you need to say is can you please match this receipt and show receipt - and they ring the store to confirm it was sold at that price and then maybe the area manager just to ok that price.

        thats it, no need to mention anything else

          No, i mentioned all that, he dissapeared into the storeroom and said that people had been asking for this all day and being turned away, not sure if that was legit, but i had to go home in time for training, so off i went.

          Said that george st is no longer honoring this, he rang the area manager to try go over his head (not sure who's head lol) and wasn't allowed.

          This was about 5.10pm wednesday.

    no JBHIFI now, a few people got the last ones on TUESDAY, there are no more nation wide at JBHIFI until the 11/12/2010

    too late now guys, Dick Smith Head office sent an email around to all these stores telling them not to sell these at that price. because the original receipt was a price match to a harvey norman sale that has since ended. but some stores dont check there emails often.

    you can still try some stores, some havent checked their emails yet.

    but if you print out the receipts above and take it to another store other then DSE they should match it if they have stock (good luck finding stock though, veyr hard)

    and yes all JBHIFI's australia wide are out until 5/12/2010, some stores may get them a few days earlier

    Dick Smith Queen St Mall (BNE) just matched this price; I also had them match the Harvey Norman PS3+GT5 deal.

    PS3 + GT5 + G27 = $825

    I am very happy, early Xmas present for me :)

    If the Logitec on Facebook gets more than 250 likes on their latest status, they say they will do "record breaking deals" on Logitec gear(G27 and Z-5000 included). Like the status and spread the word via facebook, internet forums etc. It ends midnight tonight!!!

    $736 total……

      Be interested in a Scan of your receipt! Sure the PS3 bundle was $387 (not $487).
