      It will not [charge the] Nintendo Switch while playing. Maybe when it's on sleep mode.

      Nintendo Switch must be turned off while charging by this power bank.

        I generally connect this to my switch while playing. The battery discharges first instaed of switch's internal battery. I have had a total run time of about 12 hrs including internal battery on Zelda. Without this it will probably last less than 3 hrs. Switch must have more than 10% of juice in order for this method to work. You can get more run time on less intensive action such mario battle kingdom.

      But shouldn't your SP have type C interface? The powerbank output is a Type-A USB and the other end will need to be Type-C. E.g. Macbook pro

      I don't know if the new surface pro 2017 has type C. If it does, then you should be able to use this to charge it via a type C cable.

        None of the Surface Pros, including the 2017 model charge over USB C. They don't even have a USB slot. Pity as I'd love one on the SP4 I'm using right now.

    In the specifications on the GB site, it says…

    Output: 5.1V 2.4A / 9V 2A / 12V 1.5A

    Is 2.4A a typo? Should it read 3.6A?

    Also anyone know what the 9V 2A / 12V 1.5A is related to?

    got mine 6 months ago and it takes forever to charge the power bank even with 2A adapter(IPAD )

      I find it takes a good six to eight hours to charge fully when using a "fast charge" charger. That shouldn't come as any huge surprise given it claims it can fully charge an iPhone seven times from flat - so it'll probably take about seven times as long to completely charge the PB as it would to charge the phone once.

      Word of warning, though: Charge it using the newer, faster chargers. I've found using a regular USB port in the back of a computer isn't worth it, it just takes too long.

      It will not Dash Charge a OnePlus device, as Dash charge uses a 4A current.
      This will charge it at 2.1A

      Works fine with my LG V20 (USB Type-C phone)

      Use your factory cable or get a quality Benson approved cable to be safe. Avoid cheap Type A-C cables.

      I own this model.

      Short answer is yes but there is a price to pay, at least with mine I notice it charges much slower when you are charging it as well. So slow that I try to avoid doing this as my phone battery will go backwards. Unsure if that's just mine or not but it charges much faster once it's not connected to mains.
