      Why on earth would the offer be available for people in 170 odd countries but NOT the US or Canada? That's the most bizarre condition I've ever heard of.

        Hi MrZ, I understand that this sounds bizarre but this is the way deals are set up. There are always different rates available for different nationalities. In this case, rates for US/CA are a lot cheaper, and not needed to be discounted as they are already so low. I hope that makes sense to you.

    Yeah, a few weeks ago I left Quezon City at 6pm and it took me 2 and a half hours in an Uber to get back to Makati. 16km…. the week before I did the same distance in a Japanese Shikansen in less than 5 minutes :)
