      I think Mitsubishi HI/E are both good brands, but a lot of people have reverse cycle and so there are a lot of good and bad stories out there. I think try and stick with the bigger brands.

    I just brought a item through a family members eBay.

    Now I thought I changed all the possible entries to have my name but it hasn't worked out now I can't pick it up as isnt in my name and live other side of country.

    Anyone had any luck or anything like this before to be able to change details after the fact?

      Message them and say you’re picking it up, I’m sure they’d let you change it to your name for the pickup if you message them on that account.

    it is incredible how anti consumer TGG is when it comes to ebay, they did the same thing with the previous discount, non of these oleds are actually out of stock, they take them down on purpose.
    Bing Lee sold their stock of c7 from every single store during the last ebay promotion
    it's not like they're losing anything out of their pocket either… ebay is paying for the discount…..

      Unfortunately eBay isn’t paying for the whole discount, I understand your frustration but they’re probably pulling the stock that exceeds their limit for too far below cost.

    i was told by one of the TGG people in store that B7 is newer and has better quality and that C7 is discontinued,
    not sure if i believe him tho…

        I initially thought it was sold out completely however….

        I Managed to score a C7 55in around 4:30pm today, the order didn’t initially go through when I selected the delivery option as it came up with “sold out”. I ended up just selecting hoppers crossing as my c&c store and boom just received my notification to collect!

        $2,156 killer price!

      Every LG OLED has the same chip and panel behind them, so in theory, there should be no difference between the B7 and C7. I believe the stand shape and bezel design is the only difference.

      I was told by a TGG sales person the other week that the C7 is a better panel with less retention, purely based on one review website.

    I grabbed one of the Galaxy S8+, thanks for the deal post :). I also picked up one of the LG remotes, which I have set for click and collect tomorrow. Only problem is the S8+ can't be click and collected as there is no option, and checking the goodguys website it appears no stores in Western Australia have stock of it, so I have to use standard postage (est 29th december :(, oh well). Does anyone know if it would be possible to have TGG send the phone through express and have a chance of making it before christmas maybe?

      You could get it from JB Hi-fi using the discounted gift cards off eBay and get it for $130.90 by price matching the $154 price in store. Otherwise you could just order directly with the gift cards for effectively $135.15 from JB.

      Not 100% sure because they don't usually credit the difference for their eBay store, what you could do is re-order on here and then return this one on the old receipt, netting the difference.
