      Im sure you have a cooling off period in the contract. Just cancel then sign a new contract at cheaper price

    I really don't think this price is great or competitive with anytime who seem to have a much larger area of stores.

          @huey: Mine offers boxing, spin, yoga and group fitness for free and I pay $10.95 p/w, no sign up / admin fees either

          I pay $299 for my gym (Derrimut), works out to be $5.75 a week.
          I'm not going to say my membership is any better.

          November, Paid $79 for the access pass and got the whole of dec for free + pay $10 a week from now on. They spiked the prices in dec

      its a discount over their standard price…

      doesn't matter if joe/mary/bob can get gym memberships for $5.75 a wk.
      ppl might be near a goodlife vs other gyms.

      I'm at goodlife and I pay less than $15 a wk.
      still deem this a deal for those who haven't joined a gym / waiting for something more affordable to join.

          Just a few times to be honest, that's just a unnecessary perk, but I do use steam room every time, and go to pool couple of time per month.

    iron addicts $199 upfront for 6 months, no joining fees or anything like that.

    thats works out to be roughly $33 a month, too bad its not all around Australia

    Good Life had a similar promotion last year. But back then, was told it was for brand new users only. Couldn't cancel and recontract either.

    signed up for all gyms for $17 something a month back. just wondering if anyone knows if you can downgrade to one gym only (which is $14 something) - not comparable to this deal, but given i end up at the same gym i might as well save my money. thought i'd be following the mrs around to various good life locations but apparently not… haha i knew signing up for a gym for the first time was a bad idea!

    What's the expiry date on this deal? And does the gym access start immediately or after the cooling off period? I'm asking since I still have a month left at my current gym so don't want too much overlap.
