    Man do i love eneloops.

    • +4

Have you tried Aldi lsd rechargeables $5.99 for a 4 pack?

      • +6

And don't forget IKEA ladda batteries

      • +3

        No i haven't!

      • +1

I tried, very poor capacity compared with eneloops (I use AAA to power bose qc25).

      • I just bought 2 packs today! can i use a crappy energizer recharger with them, or do i need a special one.. ie nitecore. Or is that just for more efficient charging?
        Serious question.
        Thanks!

        • You will have to check if your crappy energizer charger can charge nickel–metal hydride batteries.

  • Is it a good price on the eneloops?

    • +4

      DickSmith benchmark: $2.5ea

Try IKEA ones if you can get them, just rebranded eneloops pro

      • As in, $2.50 for 4 pack?

      • +4

        How do you know this?

        • +5

Online reviews by people who know their eneloops and stuff. I've some ikea ladda batteries and I have to say, they're charging / discharging like my black eneloop pro batteries.

        • +3

          @dangerdanger:

          Ah, cool.

Dunno why I'm getting downvoted, I was just curious not accusatory!

        • +2

          @Mister Bung:

Here you go + vote, Merry Christmas :)

        • @dangerdanger: Does this also apply to the AAA Laddas?

        • +1

@MasterNoob: Yes. I have AA and AAA batteries - both Ladda and Eneloops (white and black-pro eneloops).

        • +1

          Yup

        • @ebosh:

Can u use eneloop charger for recharging ladda batteries?

        • +1

Yes, they are nickel–metal hydride, which is the same as Eneloops.
There are many suggestions online that they are in fact rebranded Eneloops, like this review.

You should aim to buy a smart charger as they detect when the batteries are fully charged which prevents overcharging.

        • No more 2450mah at Ikea Richmond… Sold out

    • Can anyone recommend a good / popular smart charger?

      • I have the Panasonic one, but people rave about one called Nitecore I believe.

      • +1

This one comes up here pretty often on OzB and is good value.

  • +5

Thanks Trent. Bought my first set of eneloops since I have been browsing ozbargain for years…say What!?!

  • They also have the Logitech MX Master Wireless Mouse (white) for only $70 + shipping. Don't think I've seen it this cheap before.

    • I paid $67, including delivery, from Officeworks for mine. Great mouse.

    • +1

They also have the Logitech MX Master Wireless Mouse (white) for only $70 + shipping. Don't think I've seen it this cheap before.

      $45 @ OW or $59 @ JB

  • +4

Eneloop is what power every OzBargainer

    • +4

Not me. I'm running from all those xiaomi power banks I've been hoarding from here

      • Yes, I shift as well 😀😀

  • Not negging, but $19.98 for pack of 8 is what sounds like a standard bargain to me for Eneloops.

    • +4

Since we lost dick there is less competition these days.

  • Eneloop batteries cheap? Well I never.

  • +2

There's a $9 postage to Victoria. Kills it for the $5 deal unless it can be collected somewhere close by.

    • No bing lee in vic .

      • Don't let Wodonga hear you say that!

  • +4

I wouldn’t call these eneloops a bargain this round but bought thanks anyways

  • +1

It's just not Christmas without a good old eneloop sale. If you are new to OzBargain now is the time to pop your eneloop 🍒

  • Is the 50% of Eneloops online only or also in store?

  • +1

Tried adding AAA batteries and it said Out of Stock

    • Just checked. The AA packs are out of stock but the AAA and charger packs are still available.

      • Sorry I meant AA :(

  • All AA out of stock. Only AAA available

Ah wells I guess I will try Ledda batteries at ikea for AA, and use these for AAA

    • The charger packs are still available. Two AA plus a mini-charger for $5 isn’t a bad deal.

Actually, everything is coming in and out of stock. I just bought a 4xAA Pro pack, despite it being out of stock earlier. I guess they’re trickling new stock in.

  • +2

    Yes needed some AAAs! Thanks

  • Haven't noticed a difference since I use the IKEA batteries as well as eneloop. Both last a very long time

    • How much are the Ledda batteries compare to this deal?

      • +1

        Ikea.com.au

        • Yeah so $8 per pack for 4 AA/AAA….and if that's eneloop pro equivalent then what's the point of buying these?

        • +1

@neonlight: >what's the point of buying these?

Nothing. Buy IKEA's ones and save yourself some $$

        • +1

          @D6C1:

Buy hobbyking turnigy and save even more

  • +2

EDIT: Oops, discount applies in cart. So a decent price, but if you miss out on the sale, Amazon is always an option.

Eneloops are about half the price on Amazon US - 8 pack for the price of 4. If you buy a few items together the shipping becomes pretty cheap too. Or pay US$5.59 for postage if you buy one pack.

Sandisk 64GB Cruzer Blade USB Flash Drive $19

usb 2.0 flash drive in 2018? no thanks

  • didn't provide me option for delivery what a shit website

    • Did you click on checkout after going to your cart?
You can choose click & collect or delivery on this page.

      • Yes clicked many a times and a pop up message would popout saying for delivery I would need to call their number . Strange

  • -2

$25 for a 4 pack of AA Eneloop is 50% off? So you're telling me each battery is worth $12.50. No. Just total BS.

This is a fake sale. Even the keyboard has been cheaper. Standard price is $40 so at least that's about $10 off!

    • +1

Dude chill, its christmas. Also the 50% off will automatically apply at the checkout. I managed to get the AA 4 pack and AAA 4 pack of the Pro's for a total of $29 pick up, making it $3.625 per battery.

      • +1

I misread that. $12.50 for a set of Eneloops is a good price. If it is 50% of the displayed $25. If $25 is the discounted price - $12.50 each is not a good price. Either way if I try to add it to the cart, I'm told it's out of stock. Let the BS pseudo-sales begin!

      • +1

The discount no longer applies in cart

  • +2

Even the AAA is out of stock. Fake sale.

    • Everything is coming in and out of stock. Check back regularly, and it might come back.

I just bought four AA Pro batteries, despite them being out of stock earlier.

      • Thank you. It seems it works again.
Do you know where to buy other batteries mentioned in other replies?

  • +1

BS sale… how can everything out of stock ?? :P

  • Online only?

  • +3

is everyone going for the 4 pack batteries?
The charger pack works out cheaper @2.50 per battery.
    https://www.binglee.com.au/panasonic-kkj50mcc2ta-eneloop-bat…

    • I think $10 only 2 batteries plus the charger.

      • It’s half the marked price. $5 for two batteries plus the charger after discount.

    • It's not a smart charger though

    • thanks op, grabbed two for the xb one controllers

  • I am able to purchase the eneloop now

  • -3

Be careful guys, the discount no longer applies in cart eventhough it's back in stock

It's full price $29 and 50% does not apply at checkout for the pros

    • It appear to be the mobile website doesn't refresh correctly. You have to clear your cache for it to work

  • -1

I just bought and it gave me 50% off Pros

  • Worked for me - my Eneloop addiction appears to be returning. Oh, the humanity!

    Thanks OP!

  • +1

    Thanks OP.

After years of OZB, I finally had the chance to buy some eneloops that were in stock. Thanks OP! 🤙

  • It's coming up as $19 shipping for me. That's a deal killer :(

  • When does this sale end?

  • Catch ebay has 4pk for $15

  • Any difference between the two smart chargers in terms of performance?
One appears to have LED indicator

  • Just got a phone call from Bing Lee. The AAA battery is out of stock, will call me when there is stock!
    Should I just ask refund?

  • +1

Thinking about putting some of these in 8 x solar bug zapper lights I recently bought on eBay from China for like $70 AUD total or something.. not sure which ones they take but probably going to order some from Bing Lee or Ikea.

Need 8 x 1 AA rechargeable batteries no charger as they will be recharged by the sun in the 2 in 1 eBay made in china solar bug zappers / solar lights.

The non pro seem to be the one for this kind of situation just a bunch of solar lamps but I'm wondering if the pro ones will be better off for this kind of stuff since it has more capacity at 2550 mAh compared to 2000 mAh but it is rated for high drain devices like cameras and stuff so no idea.

I am guessing the 2100 times will last longer than the 500 times one but not sure.

Basically going to just set them in the solar lamps and forget about them while they zap bugs away and provide light at night.

Panasonic - AA Eneloop Rechargeable Batteries - 4pk

    BK3MCCE/4B

    • Recharge each battery up to 2100 times
    • low self discharge for multi use
    • 2000 mAh batteries
    • $25 for a 4 pack of AA
    • precharged
    • Retains 65% of its charge even after 5 years of storage

    https://www.binglee.com.au/panasonic-bk-3hcce4bt-aa-eneloop-…

Panasonic - BK-3HCCE4BT - AA Eneloop Pro Rechargeable Batteries

    • Recharge each battery up to 500 times
    • high capacity for high drain devices
    • 2550 mAh batteries
    • $29 for a 4 pack of AA
    • precharged
    • Retains 85% of its charge even after 5 years of storage

Website information is a mess it does the job but many weird poor quality control when it comes to the product information and titles.

Don't blame them though this kind of work can be harsh on you.. At least they got the message across and provided pictures for clarification.

With the information provided I'm thinking the recharge each battery up to 2000 + times might win it for me simple maths shows 5 x more overall battery capacity over the total life span with rough calculations.

Non Pro version ($25 AA 4 pack) : rechargeable up to 500 times x 2000 mAh = approximately 1,000,000 total mAh

Pro version ($29 AA 4 pack) : rechargeable up to 2100 times but let's say 2000 times to be conservative x 2500 mAh = approximately 5,000,000 total mAh

So hoping that I can use the pro ones in my solar lamps it should last 5 times more than the non pro ones for like an increased cost of only 16% ($29/$25) = 1.16

    Cool beans.

      My head hurts

      • Mine too now lol I don't know why I sometimes do this.

    • I feel like I just had a peak at the inner workings of your brain haha

      • Haha the first time I have heard that one lol.

  • No email nor communication from binglee stays as being reviewed for two orders.

    Anyone else?

  • wait for 2-3 business days.
